At Store57.pk, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, which is why we have established the following policies for product returns and refunds:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Please return the products and explain the reason for the return.
- Returned products must be returned via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit can be used as a type of refund.
- Refund requests will be processed within two business days after receiving the returned items.
- A fee of approximately Rs. 200 will be charged for re-delivery to pay the courier costs for the two-way delivery.
- To avoid being charged a fine, the product must be returned in the same or better condition than it was shipped in. Rider will exchange the new package for the old one.
- We will refund the product cost based on the tracking information supplied by the return and will not wait for the product.
- If the package is plainly damaged or the flier/box seal is broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment.
- Refunds or exchanges are not possible for items that have been opened, used, and/or are not in the same condition as when they were received.
